AnyTripYour Super Intelligence Travel Planner · An Ivgi Group company

Clarity, before you travel.

Updated 17 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-17-test-2

AnyTrip currently provides planning tools and links to external booking providers. Internal booking and payment features are test-only. Real AnyTrip sales will not be enabled until the applicable licensing, supplier, payment, privacy and consumer-protection launch checks have been completed.

Who operates AnyTrip?

AnyTrip is operated by Ivgi Properties Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration HE487242. Registered office: Gladstonos 16, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus. An Ivgi Group company.

These details are drawn from the company profile supplied by the operator, checked on 17 October 2026. That source is an independent registry-information service, not a government website. No VAT number or travel-agency licence is represented on this page.

Contact us through the support inbox, including for privacy requests, or write to the registered office. We do not publish unverified support email addresses.

Terms of use

These terms govern the planning tools and test features provided by Ivgi Properties Ltd. Use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and provide accurate information you are authorised to share. An adult must manage family accounts and information about children. Do not submit card numbers, security codes or passport scans in support tickets.

Search results combine stored observations, estimates and third-party information. They are not offers to sell a ticket, a guarantee of the lowest price, or confirmation that a destination, attraction or route is available. Climate averages are not forecasts; safety indicators are not safety guarantees; entry guidance is not a visa decision. Verify relevant requirements with the supplier and official authorities.

You choose whether to follow a partner link. The provider’s identity, price, baggage terms, cancellation rights and contract must be checked on its website before purchase. We may earn a commission from clearly labelled partner links. Selection of a trip here does not reserve any component. Accommodation and car links may require you to re-enter details.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or misuse other users’ information. Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. We may update features and these terms; the version shown here identifies the current notice. Changes cannot retrospectively remove mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides mandatory consumer protections. Cyprus law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence. Contact support for a complaint; this does not limit access to regulators, courts or applicable dispute-resolution rights.

Privacy notice & your rights

Controller: Ivgi Properties Ltd, at the address above. Use the support category “Privacy / data rights” or write to the registered office to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object. We may need proportionate identity verification. We aim to respond within the applicable GDPR period, normally one month; lawful extensions and retention exceptions may apply. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority.

Information and purposes

Processing necessary to deliver the service you request is based on contract or steps you request before a contract. Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, with proportionate safeguards. Applicable record-keeping duties rely on legal obligations. Optional permissions rely on consent where required; withdrawing them does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Recipients and transfers

Our infrastructure uses Cloudflare and Neon; configured transactional email uses Resend. Selected third-party maps, location services, images, videos or data providers may receive network information when their content is requested. When you open a booking link, that provider receives the route/date/passenger-count search parameters and handles its own data processing. Test checkout sends transaction data to Stripe and Duffel. We do not receive full payment-card details through hosted checkout.

Some providers operate outside the EEA. The operator must maintain applicable processor agreements and transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses where required. Their execution and the commercial-launch data-flow review remain launch checks, not certifications asserted by this page. We do not publish a fictitious DPA; a business processing agreement can be requested through support where applicable.

Retention and security

Account and saved planning information remain until removed or the account is closed, subject to justified security or legal needs. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days and password-reset links after 60 minutes. Public browser search data has an up-to-30-day cache lifetime. Support and test-commerce records currently remain for operational review; automatic deletion periods for those records have not yet been activated. Request deletion through support. A documented retention schedule and enforcement are required before live commerce.

Access to account/order/support records is authenticated and scoped to the user or authorised administrator. Sensitive commerce payloads are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected security or privacy issues through support without including passwords or card details. Trip recommendations rank preferences and data; they do not decide immigration eligibility or make legally binding decisions about you.

Cookies & browser storage

The hp_session cookie keeps you signed in (HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax; 30-day expiry). Browser preferences and cached public search data help the planner work efficiently. IndexedDB may use an adaptive allowance up to 3 GB, subject to your browser’s limits; public datasets expire after up to one month. Orders, support messages and payment secrets are not included in these public datasets.

You can sign out and remove site data in your browser settings. Removing it clears local preferences and cached data, not the server account. External content and partner sites may use their own storage.

On this public information page only, you can choose to enable Travelpayouts partner tools. They can analyse page content, add affiliate links or widgets, and receive browser/network information. Third-party code running on this site can also access browser storage available to page scripts. We do not load these tools on the planner, account, checkout, order, support-ticket or administration pages. Allowing them is optional and is not required to plan a trip.

Your allow/off choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can withdraw it below; if the tools have already loaded, the page reloads with them disabled. Withdrawal does not undo earlier requests or remove third-party cookies; those can be removed through your browser settings.

Booking, amendments & cancellation

External bookings: the named provider takes payment and issues the reservation. Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, vehicle deposits and hotel policies are governed by the applicable provider contract and mandatory law. AnyTrip cannot amend or cancel a reservation merely because its search link was opened here. Always retain the provider’s confirmation and contact details.

Internal test bookings: use dedicated Stripe and Duffel test credentials and synthetic passengers only. No real ticket, reservation or travel entitlement is issued. A test authorisation precedes the supplier request; a success redirect alone is not booking confirmation. A provider interruption may require staff reconciliation and must not be followed by another payment attempt.

For supported test orders, “Manage my orders” obtains current supplier actions and quotes. Review the new itinerary, fare difference, penalties, expiry and refund form before confirming. Some airlines require support-assisted amendments. Supplier credits are not automatically cash refunds. Coupons apply only to the test transaction shown; they do not alter airline conditions or discount purchases on partner sites. Refunds cannot exceed the amount actually collected from the customer.

Combining travel services can trigger package-travel or linked-travel-arrangement obligations depending on the selling flow. Before any live launch, the operator must determine its role, obtain applicable Cyprus permissions, provide required pre-contract information and insolvency protection where applicable, and confirm tax/invoicing, supplier and payment arrangements. A hosted payment page does not remove these obligations.

Useful official information: Cyprus travel-agency requirements, EU package-travel rules, and air-passenger rights.

Accessibility & assistance

These pages support keyboard navigation, labelled forms, visible focus indicators and responsive layouts. If something prevents you from using the service, select “Accessibility” in support and describe the page and assistance needed. No formal accessibility certification is claimed.
